People research treatments on Google, Instagram and now ChatGPT before they book. I make your clinic easy to find and easy to trust, and I make sure every inquiry gets a reply while the person is still interested.

Where clinics lose bookings

  • Great reviews on Google, but another clinic is the one AI tools name for "Botox in [your city]".
  • Instagram DMs and website inquiries answered the next day, after the person booked elsewhere.
  • Treatment pages that list services but do not answer the questions people are scared to ask.
  • Ads paused or rejected because the copy or images broke a platform rule.

What I set up

  • Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps and directory listings that match, with current photos. Here is why AI tools read them.
  • One page per main treatment, answering cost, comfort, downtime and who performs it.
  • One clear first-visit offer or consultation, with its own booking page.
  • Google and Meta campaigns built within their health ad policies, plus retargeting.
  • A lead assistant for texts, Instagram, Facebook and web chat that books consultations.
  • Follow-ups, review requests and a reactivation message for past clients.

Answered at 8:52 pm, booked by 8:53

Most aesthetic inquiries arrive in the evening, by Instagram message or text. The person who gets a clear answer and a time slot first usually books. The lead assistant replies in your clinic's voice, gives the starting price you approve, and offers consultation times.

It never asks about health history. Clinical questions go to your team.

Rules I work within

Aesthetic medicine has more rules than most local businesses, and breaking them costs more than any campaign earns.

  • The assistant never asks for or stores health history. Clinical questions go to your team.
  • Every claim about results is approved by your medical director before it is published.
  • Before and after images only with written client consent and within platform policy.
  • Your privacy obligations depend on your clinic and state, so we confirm them before launch.

Questions clinics ask

Not answered here? Ask me directly.

Will my ads get rejected?

Meta and Google restrict health-related ads and some before and after images. I build campaigns within their current policies, and I will tell you up front when a treatment cannot be advertised the way you would like.

What about patient privacy?

The lead assistant only collects a name, contact details, the treatment someone is interested in and a preferred time. It never asks about health history. Your own privacy obligations depend on your clinic and your state, so we confirm them before launch.

Can it handle Instagram messages?

Yes. For med spas the assistant can answer Instagram and Facebook messages as well as texts and website chat, with the same script and the same rules.

Who approves what we say about treatments?

Your medical director or the person responsible for clinical claims. I write the copy, you approve every claim before it goes live.
