From free snapshot to booked jobs, in six steps
The first five steps happen once, and setup takes about 30 days from the Audit. The last step repeats every month, for as long as it pays for itself.
-
Free snapshot
About 48 hours. Free.
- I do
- Run 8 real customer questions through Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and check your Google profile, Yelp listing and website against three nearby competitors.
- You do
- Fill in a short form with your business name, city and website.
- You get
- A short video and a one-page PDF with three findings and the first fix I would make.
-
Discovery call and fit check
20 to 30 minutes. Free.
- I do
- Walk you through the snapshot and ask five questions: what a booked job is worth, your margin, how many leads you get and book, how much more work you can take, and what you spend on marketing today.
- You do
- Share rough numbers. Estimates are fine.
- You get
- A clear answer on how many extra jobs a month it takes to cover the cost. If the math does not work, I will tell you and leave you with the snapshot.
-
Audit and voice interview
Week 1. From $500.
- I do
- A full audit of your profiles, website, ads and lead handling, plus a recorded 60 minute interview about how you work, price and win customers.
- You do
- Fill in the kickoff form, send access invitations (never passwords), and talk to me for an hour.
- You get
- A ranked fix list and an answer bank: the 20 to 30 questions your customers ask, answered in your own words. Every page, ad and message is built from it.
-
Found and Chosen
Weeks 1 to 4. Part of Launch, from $2,500.
- I do
- Sharpen what sets you apart from nearby competitors, fix your Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps and directory listings, write service and city pages that answer real questions, set up one clear offer with its own landing page, add tracking, and launch ads where they make sense: Google Search and Local Services Ads, Meta, and the new sponsored slots in AI answers such as ChatGPT and Google's AI Mode.
- You do
- Approve the copy and the ad budget. Send photos of real work.
- You get
- Profiles and pages that AI tools and customers can read, and ads that send people to one page built to get calls.
-
Booked
Weeks 3 to 4. Part of Launch.
- I do
- Set up a lead assistant that replies by text, chat or email within minutes, asks a few qualifying questions in your words, offers time slots and confirms bookings. Missed calls get a text back. Open quotes and past customers get a short follow-up sequence. Anything outside its script goes to you.
- You do
- Approve the script and the "never do" list. Read the first week of conversations with me.
- You get
- Every lead answered fast, day or night, old quotes and past customers brought back, and a review request after each job.
-
Run
Monthly. From $1,000 a month plus ad spend.
- I do
- Find the biggest leak between seen, clicked, lead, booked and reviewed, run one test to fix it, publish new answer pages, and tune the ads, retargeting and the lead assistant.
- You do
- A 15 minute call or a short video each month.
- You get
- A one-page report: leads, bookings, cost per booked job, what changed and what I test next.
What the work looks like
Two examples with a made-up roofing company: the Google profile before and after Found, and a missed call handled by Booked.

Custom tools, when you need one
Once the system is live, some clients want a small tool of their own: an estimate calculator, a pre-qualifying form, a treatment quiz with a booking step, or a results dashboard. I build these on request, with a fixed scope agreed on one page before I start.
From $500 per tool. Add-on only, never part of the core plan.
What I do not do: no ranking or revenue guarantees, no content calendars, and no ads in your account without your written approval of the spend.
When the brand is holding you back
Sometimes the snapshot shows the real issue is not visibility. You look and sound like every other roofer or clinic in town, so people have no reason to pick you.
When I see that, I will tell you, and we can talk about sharpening your positioning, message and look so you stand apart. Positioning and messaging are part of Launch. A fuller brand refresh, if you need one, is scoped and priced separately before any work starts.
Start with step one. It is free.
